The Office Manager would work directly with directors to implement various initiatives that sustain and grow the program. This individual would play a vital part in our office team, acquiring an extensive knowledge of our school in order to assist school directors and potential and current school families. The Office Manager would be responsible to perform daily communications, maintain rosters, operate our database, oversee IT issues, establish and maintain office systems, as well as identify and solve problems as they occur in our dynamic office/school. Hours are 10:00 am – 6:00 pm with a 30-minute lunch. Opportunity exists for career growth.
School Correspondence (email, mail chimp, Facebook, newsletters, meeting minutes, surveys, mail)
Add/Maintain Data (Take lead on school database, student rosters, student files, office calendar)
Manage Registration/Enrollment Processes
Create Office Systems & Forms
Editing/Proofreading (proper English usage, clarity, spelling/grammar, & punctuation)
Assist Event Planning and Execution
Receptionist Duties (phone calls, customer service, scheduling)
Interaction with Students (receiving sick children to the office, helping students to/from class)
Marketing Driver (Participating in marketing meetings and manage calendar and progress to make deadlines)
Technologically Savvy (Good using Apple products and quick to learn)
Program Know-How (QuickBooks, Microsoft Word, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Excel, Mail Chimp, General Database)
Writing Skills (detailed, grammatically correct, and professional)
The Office Manager needs to be responsive, detail-oriented, and discreet with confidential information.
